A CHINESE BLANC DE CHINE MODEL OF GUANYIN
C.1620
Standing on an over-turned vase, wearing long flowing robes, her hair covered by a shawl and secured with a lotus diadem, her eyes downcast, the base with lotus flowers and swirling waves, an impressed mark to the reverse for He Chaozong, 37.8cm.
Provenance: formerly in the collection of Captain H Meuldijk, The Netherlands.
