TWO CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE DISHES
SIX CHARACTER DAOGUANG MARKS AND OF THE PERIOD 1821-50
One painted with a mountainous landscape, with small boats on the water and blossoming trees, the other with two female Immortals standing on clouds and a large lotus leaf, with a pagoda and a crane in flight above, together with an iron-red reverse decorated ogee-shaped dish, painted with small birds in flight amongst prunus, the base with a Jiaqing mark, 25cm max. (3)
Provenance: a European private collection, acquired 1965-85.
