A JAPANESE KO-KUTANI LOZENGE-SHAPED DISH

17TH CENTURY

The shallow flared body with chamfered corners, painted with a central sprig of maple, the rims with geometric cell designs divided by shaped panels, paper labels for The Oriental Ceramic Society 1956 Exhibition, no.65 and Spink & Son Ltd., 15.7cm.
