Description

A late 19th century French gilt brass and champleve enamel four glass mantel clock, the eight day movement striking on a gong, the backplate stamped 'A1 MADE IN FRANCE' and numbered '3427 4.11', the enamel dial painted with swags of flowers and with Roman and Arabic numerals, with worn inscription, the gilt bezel with paste gemstones, the case with an urn finial and turned columns and with a mercury pendulum, 42cm high, 22cm wide, 13.5cm deep.
