λ A George III tortoiseshell and silver inlaid lancet etui, decorated with a basket of flowers, floral swags and an urn with initials 'FN', the hinged lid revealing four lancets, three with tortoiseshell handles, the other with mother of pearl, one steel blade stamped 'DADLEY', 7.6cm high.
