An Italian micromosaic paperweight, inlaid with a central panel of flowers, a gilt metal box, the hinged lid inlaid with a panel of flowers, together with a gilt metal paper knife, the handle decorated with flowers and with a coat of arms for Lugano, late 19th / early 20th century, 20.5cm (max). (3)
