A 19th century hardstone cameo pendant, depicting a woman in the classical manner, within gold fillgree surround and suspending from an elaborate gold bale. With hinged compartment to reverse with the word ROMA amongst scroll decoration. Opening to reveal a glazed locket compartment. 8cm long.
