A late 19th century gold enamel and diamond insect-form manual wind pendant watch. The case in the form of a beetle with hinged wings set with rose-cut diamonds on blue guilloche enamel ground. Opening to reveal the plain white enamel circular dial, with cylinder movement. The insect's head set with further rose-cut diamonds and ruby eyes. Realistically carved body, inscribed
