A German silver pineapple cup and cover,
by Neresheimer of Hanau, with import marks for Chester 1906, importer's mark of Berthold Muller,
the bowl of lobed circular form, the pull-off cover with a scroll finial, the stem modelled as a tree trunk and mounted with a figure playing bag-pipes, on a raised lobed circular foot, height 28.5cm, approx. weight 11oz.
