A Victorian silver five-bottle sauce bottle stand,

by Charles and George Fox, London 1844,

cinquefoil form, central scroll carrying handle, wire-work frame, on four scroll and pad feet, with a cartouche, engraved with a crest, with five cut-glass sauce bottles, one with a later silver mount, plus a set of five silver sauce labels, by Rawlings and Summers, London 1833, incised 'CAYENNE', 'ANCHOVY', 'HARVEY', 'CHILI', 'LEMON' and 'SOY', height 18cm, approx. weight 8.5oz.
