A Victorian silver 'castle-top' vinaigrette, St. Paul's Cathedral,
by Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham 1843,
rectangular form, the hinged cover with a raised view of the Cathedral, the interior with a silver-gilt pierced and engraved foliate scroll grille, foliate scroll borders, the sides and base with engine-turned decoration, the base with a vacant cartouche, length 4.8cm, approx. weight 1.2oz.
