by Edward Smith, Birmingham 1848,
rectangular form, the hinged cover with an engraved scene of the Houses of Parliament, the interior with a pierced and engraved foliate scroll grille, scroll borders, the sides and base with engraved foliate scroll decoration, the base with a vacant cartouche, length 3.5cm, approx. weight 0.5oz.
