A 19th century American silver card case, Washington's Tomb and Holy Trinity Church, Wall St. New York,
unmarked, circa 1860,
rectangular form, scroll borders, the front with an embossed scene of the Tomb, with trees around, the reverse with a scene of the Church, embossed and engraved foliate scroll decoration, with an oval cartouche, length 8.7cm, approx. weight 1.4oz.
