A LARGE CHINESE WUCAI FIGURE OF A BOY

SHUNZHI 1644-61

Standing on a tapering plinth, wearing a sash decorated with a shou character on a cell diaper ground, holding a vase before him, a smaller boy clambering up his right leg, 32.5cm.

Provenance: formerly in the collection of an Italian aristocratic family.
