A mid 17th century brass studded leather travelling trunk, with pierced iron strapwork mounts, decorated with floral designs, the domed lid revealing a linen and part marbled paper interior, the iron escutcheon with a crown surmount and with side carrying handles, 66.8cm high, 127.6cm wide, 67.5cm deep.
