λ An early 19th century turned lignum vitae and ivory sand glass, with ball finials and glass hourglass bulbs, the sand runs for an hour and a half, 19.2cm high.
Provenance: The collection of the late Dr. Hugh Statham. Dr and Mrs Statham were founder members of the English Ceramic Circle and they were collectors of fine English furniture and works of art.
