λ A George III mahogany and giltwood demi-lune console table, the top inlaid with ebonised and boxwood stringing and rosewood crossbanding, above a fluted frieze and paterae headed stop fluted column legs, with a paper label inscribed 'ADMIRAL LOWRY, 139', 78.1cm high, 136.4cm wide, 49cm deep.
Provenance: Admiral Sir Robert Swinburne Lowry KCB (1854-1920) was a Royal Navy officer who became Commander-in-Chief, Rosyth in 1913. He lived at Wickham Lodge, Wickham, Hampshire.
