Description
A mahogany dining table, comprising: a pair of 'D' ends and a central drop-leaf and an additional leaf, with a leaf carved edge above a frieze decorated with scrolling husks and urns with a baton and bead moulding, on paterae headed square tapering legs decorated with bellflowers, on brass caps and castors, with paper labels to the framing 'Property of the Trust of the Late Douglas Stewart Sandeman, Care of Messrs Sheild & Kyd', 18th century and later, 72.7cm high, 122.2cm wide, 285cm long (extended).
