λ An early Victorian tortoiseshell and mother of pearl inkstand, inlaid with scrolling leaves and flowers, with a bronze entwined dolphin handle above three ivory lined compartments, one previously with a lid, the other for inkwells, with a frieze drawer, 17.8cm high, 28cm wide, 23cm deep.
