Description
An Edwardian seed pearl, turquoise and diamond set heart pendant, the heart-shaped pendant is pavé-set with seed pearls and a cluster of six turquoise cabochons centred with an old circular-cut diamond in gold. Mounted with a glazed locket compartment to the reverse. 1.8cm high.
