Description
An early 20th century colour-change sapphire and diamond cluster ring, the cushion-shaped sapphire weighs approximately 2.20cts and is set within a surround of small circular-cut diamonds in a platinum mount with foliate-pierced underbezel. Size L.
Accompanied by report number 5777-7986 dated 29th November 2016 from GCS, London stating that the cushion cut sapphire weighs approximately 2.20cts and is a colour-change sapphire displaying a Purplish Brown colour in daylight and Brownish Purple in incandescent light with no indications of heating. Origin: Indeterminable.
