A good pair of Royal Worcester tusk spill vases date code for 1886, modelled by James Hadley to simulate Japanese ivory, one modelled with a daimyo procession of marching frogs, the other with a large serpent curled around a tree, the frogs in retreat, raised on scroll bases, with gilt detailing to mimic shibayama, printed marks, 20.3cm.
