An Elizabeth I oak boarded chest, the later hinged recessed top with a moulded edge, revealing a lidded till, with a cartouche shaped iron escutcheon, with thumbnail carved corners and ogee cut-out ends, 53.2cm high, 130.1cm wide, 39cm deep.
