λ A Louis XV and later gilt brass and tortoiseshell boulle marquetry mantel clock, with ebony veneers, the eight day movement with an outside countwheel and striking on a bell, the backplate stamped 'Jeróme Martinot A Paris', the enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, the case with a figural surmount of Diana, with cherubs and scrolling foliage, 81.3cm high, 42.5cm wide, together with a matching bracket: 116cm high.
