A late 19th century Wedgwood octagonal plaque mounted brooch, depicting the classical scene from The Illiad where King Priam begs Achilles to release the corpse of his son Hector. Mounted in gold with rose-cut diamond border and the plaque signed to the reverse Wedgwood. 4cm wide. Cased.
