A PAIR OF LARGE CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE VASES
KANGXI 1662-1722
Each painted with a continuous scene of a stag and a doe beside fencing in rocky landscapes with pine trees and two cranes, between crenellated bands at the shoulders and feet, the upright necks with bands of ruyi-heads, a paper label inscribed Coles Westmill 16th June 1954 to the base, together with openwork wood covers, 33.5cm.
