A pair of Samson Chantilly-style vases late 19th century, the flattened moulded forms painted in the Kakiemon palette, with two scenes of long-tailed birds on and above flowering prunus branches, one side with a squirrel scampering around the base, red horn marks, both drilled, 27.8cm. (2)
