A rare Burmantofts Faience Partie-Colour jardiniere designed by Joseph Walmsley, model no. 2240, ovoid, modelled in low relief with stylised owls perched below berried vine border, glazed in shades of blue, turquoise, green, brown and yellow, impressed and painted marks, 24.5cm. high
