A Victorian silver-mounted glass claret jug,
by W and G Sissons, Sheffield 1865,
baluster form, the glass body etched with flowers, on a circular foot, scroll handle, the mount with engraved and pierced decoration, beaded border, the hinged cover with a pierced thumb-piece, the foot chipped, height 23cm.
