A George III engraved horn beaker, with a silver rim, the body finely decorated with a view of Powderham Castle, titled 'A VIEW OF POWDERHAM CASTLE IN THE COUNTY OF DEVONSHIRE', with a draped plaque inscribed 'JOHN & MARY ANN PAGE, LUDHAM, NORFOLK JUNE. 7, 1788.', 12.3cm high.
The engraved view of Powderham Castle was possibly taken from Samuel and Nathaniel Buck's engraving of 'The East View of Powderham-Castle in the County of Devon', c. 1734.
