A rare earthenware figural candlestick by Bjorn Wiinblad, dated 1978, modelled as a bearded man seated on the back of an elephant, their exotic headdress forming two candle sconces, painted yellow and brown on a tin-grey glaze, painted marks and signature to base, minor glaze loss to tip of tusk, 34cm. high
