Skyflash a medium range air to air missile, stripped and chromed, circa 1976 designed by British Aerospace Defence, decommissioned and on custom built stand 366cm. long, 102cm wingspan The Skyflash was deployed by the Royal Air Force from 1981. it was carried by the F-4 Phantom, Tornado and F16 fighters and had a range of 45km being guided by Marconi 's mono-pulse system. It was capable of Mach 4, almost 3000 miles per hour, with a manufacturing cost of each missile 250,000.
