A pair of late 19th century silver-mounted cut-glass claret jugs,
by Shanks and Co, Moscow 1890, Assay master unknown,
the plain mounts with a monogram and with a stylised mythical dolphin scroll handle, the hinged cover with a shell thumb-piece and engraved with a monogram, hobnail and star cut decoration, height 26cm. (2)
