An early 18th century Dutch silver and mother-of-pearl tobacco box,
by Willem Wobbe, Amsterdam 1735,
rectangular form, canted corners, plain mounts with moulded borders, the mother-of-pearl cover and base engraved with biblical scenes and with inscriptions, length 11.2cm.
