by James Phipps, London circa 1780,
the scroll body with a bright-cut border, applied with a pierced harp pediment, incised 'PORT', length 4.5cm. approx. weight 0.2oz.
The crest is that of Byngley, Cope of Ireland, Critchley, Derwell, and other families.
