A late 19th-century enamel and diamond brooch by Mrs Newman, celebrating the 55th year of the reign of Queen Victoria, the lozenge-shaped brooch set with a surround of rose-cut diamonds and a millegrain border enclosing the numbers 1837-1892 and VR with enamel laurels and a bow, in yellow gold, with the plaque for Mrs N to the reverse, 5.2cm wide, case by Carrington
