A TIBETAN HORN POWDER FLASK
18TH/19TH CENTURY
Carved in the form of a mythical creature, decorated in shallow relief with further creatures both real and mythical including a boar, a toad, a Garuda clasping two snakes and Buddhist symbols, 19cm.
Provenance: from the collection of Dr J S Gordon, purchased from Spink & Son Ltd, on 21st September 1994, the original invoice is available.
