A PAIR OF LARGE CHINESE FAMILLE NOIRE BALUSTER VASES AND COVERS
18TH CENTURY
Each painted with blossoms and scrolling foliage on a black ground, with two large white leaf-shaped panels with precious objects, the foot rims with lappet bands, the shoulders with ruyi-head and diaper bands, the lids mirroring the design, the finials formed as lotus buds, 60cm. (4)
