A CHINESE LONGQUAN CELADON INCENSE BURNER

MING DYNASTY

The cylindrical body moulded with trigrams, zig-zag and a stylised cloud bands, together with a blue and white box and cover, a Batavian ware tea bowl and saucer, a celadon bowl and a white glazed bowl, 18cm max. (7)

Provenance: from the collection of Francis Golding (1944-2013), the celadon incense burner purchased from Michael Willcox on 23rd May 2013, a copy of the original invoice is available.
