THREE CHINESE POTTERY ZODIAC FIGURES
TANG DYNASTY 618-907 AD
Standing, wearing long robes, their hands held together, with heads of a cockerel, a dragon and a dog, all with traces of earth pigments, raised on integral stands, together with a green glazed ladle, 26cm. (4)
Provenance: from the collection of Dr J S Gordon, the ladle purchased from Oriental Furniture & Arts on May 10th, 2000. The original invoice is available.
