A LARGE JAPANESE IKI-NINGYO MASK
19TH/20TH CENTURY
Depicting a severed head, the face in wood, papier maché and gesso with bulging glass eyes, his tongue outstretched, the hair, sideburns and eyebrows in horse hair, together with a lacquered wood figure of Tentoki, both unsigned, 56cm max. (2)
