An Albanian 18 bore miquelet lock pistol (verdha), barrel 13 in., with chased decoration and struck with control or maker's marks (indistinct); steel lock; full stock entirely covered in sheet brass chased with scrolling decoration and having enamelled decoration at the wrist, pointed 'rat-tail' butt, steel ram rod, early 19th Century.
