A 24 bore pecussion conversion pistol, heavy twist browned octagonal barrel 5 in. with platinum front sight and gold border to the hooked breech, border engraved lock indistinctly signed (Joseph B.....), later hammer and nipple fitted to the barrel with a drum, full stockw ith steel trigger guard and chequered butt, wooden ram rod.
