A Martin Brothers stoneware jug by Robert Wallace Martin, dated 1878, slender, shouldered form, incised with a frieze of panelled stylised foliage to neck and body, in blue and brown on a buff ground, incised R W Martin London & Southall, 12-78, 27.5cm. high
