rectangular form, the hinged cover with a hunting scene with a horseman and hounds chasing a fox, in a landscape setting, reeded sides, engine-turned base with a vacant cartouche, foliate scroll thumb-piece, gilded interior, length 7.3cm, approx. weight 3.5oz.
