An Indonesian silver tray,
circular form, pierced border, engraved decoration, with a central pierced baluster handle, on four bun feet, diameter 34.5cm.
Provenance: Mrs. Agnes Van Gessler Verschuir, wife of Peter Rudolf Wolter van Gessler Verschuir, Governor of Yogyakarta, Java from 1929 to 1932, and thence by descent to the current owner.
