A Mexborough (Yorkshire) or Crown mark Toby jug early 19th century, resting a miniature standing Toby jug on his left knee and holding a wine glass in his right hand, sponged around the base and inside his hat in a typical palette of ochre, blue and black, very faint impressed crown mark, replacement handle, 25.5cm.
