Description

λ A mid-18th century Anglo-Indian rosewood and ivory table bureau, inlaid with bands of scrolling flowers and leaves with engraved details heightened with lac, the hinged fall with a silver escutcheon revealing an interior fitted with seven conforming drawers and three arcaded pigeon holes, above an arcaded drawer with twelve divisions, on bun feet, with side carrying handles, the top originally with a mirror, 28cm high, 54.2cm wide, 25.7cm deep.
