An Elizabeth II preserved chub by Cooper & Sons, the fish mounted in a naturalistic setting with a printed paper label inscribed ' Preserved by J. COOPER & SONS 78 BATH ROAD HOUNSLOW MIDDX.', in an ebonised and glazed bowfront case, titled with gilt lettering 'CHUB 4lbs. 10ozs. Caught by R.H. LOVETT. In the Avon, Christchurch, 7th Oct.1953', 31.7cm high, 68.3cm wide.
