A Belle Époque pink topaz and diamond brooch pendant, centred with an oval-shaped topaz within two borders of millegrain-set circular-cut diamonds, within a surround of four larger old circular-cut diamonds and diamond-set foliage, with outer border of smaller circular-cut diamonds in platinum and gold, detachable brooch and pendant fittings, 4.5cm wide
